I've used Rick's services twice for jobs and 3 times for assessing the jobs(bids). Each job he completed was extremely well done and exceeded my expectations. He also came in under the bids of 2 other "handymen". What amazes me is how these "kids" give quotes that work out to $80.00/hr. It'd be cheaper to call a pro. With Rick, I got a very fair bid and he went above and beyond the scope. He even took care of a few minor surprises using his own materials. Another plus about Rick is that he gives FREE estimates. Lot's of "handymen" told me there was a charge for bids. Some were $50.00. One even said I'd be charged for gas too. While people are severely gouging things, Rick remains honest.
